Abu Zakariyyah with you from Arabic-Made-Easy.com. I wanted to let you know about an exciting new mini-course where you will learn to master the articulation points of the Arabic letters so that you can speak and recite the Qur’an with more fluency and accuracy, in sha Allah! To do this in the best way, you must have a trained Arabic instructor listen and correct you in a live one on one setting.
It is well known that even native Arabic speakers have dialects and accents, but when speaking classical Arabic, they all understand one another. It is not sufficient to practice articulation with just anyone because they say they are from an Arab country. Many Arabs participate in courses such as this to correct their own pronunciation issues.
It is for the reasons mentioned above that I contacted some well-known centers in Cairo and asked them to create a condensed program for Arabic letter articulation exclusively for the students of Arabic Made Easy! Here are some of the requests I made regarding this new program:

We only want the best instructors!
I understand that your time is limited, so you need the best instructors to help you. We also told them that if you have any problems with your instructor that they must give you a new instructor that you are comfortable with.

We want instructors that can communicate in English!
I told them that I wanted instructors that have some knowledge of the English language. It’s not necessary that they are fluent, but they need to be able to communicate enough for you to get the most benefit and understanding.

We want a proven methodology of teaching!
I told them that we want to use a proven methodology, so that you gain the most benefit. We don’t want any experimental methods. We want a method that is known to work.

We need male and female instructors!
I told them that you need to be comfortable, so the classes need to be separated between men and women. Females students will be assigned to female instructors and males to male instructors, in sha Allah.

The course needs to be mini-fied and intense!
I told them that a 12 hour course won’t work for us now. We need more like a 4 hour course. They agreed to condense the information to make it so you can practice on the letters you have the most trouble with. This is the great thing about one on one instruction. If you follow a group class, you have to wait until everyone gets it. In a private class, only you have to get it.

Take your time!
I told them that the instructors should NOT watch the clock and rush. I told them that they have to take their time and make sure you get it.

The classes need to be according to the student's schedule!
I told them that there is possibly a big time difference between Egypt and other countries like the US and Australia and they would need to accommodate students based on their geographic locations. Also, if timing conflicted, they needed to come to some type of compromise that was in the best interest of the student.

Materials should be included in the price of the course!
I told them that they must include materials without any extra or hidden fees.

All instructors must have good internet connections!
I told them that the internet connections must be good enough that you experience a clear, uninterrupted session. I told them that technical issues should be kept at a minimum.

We need a certificate of completion that is verifiable!
I told them to give you a certificate that, if need be, can be verified in the future.
They Agreed!
At first they told me that a course with all these requirements would be at least $90. $90! I said this is way too expensive for a mini-course. After haggling and some wheeling and dealing I got the price down to ONLY $37 – Al Humdulillah!
